Requesting a refund
Refunds are reviewed case-by-case when requested within 7 days of payment and no tokens from that payment have been used. Contact us with your account email and payment date. Please do not send card numbers or passwords. A request does not guarantee approval; applicable consumer rights are unaffected.
Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Cancel anytime in Manage billing to stop the next renewal. Access stays available until the paid period ends. Unused tokens expire each cycle and are not redeemable for cash. Cancellation alone does not create a refund request.
Approved requests
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank. Contact us if you believe a payment or token charge is incorrect.
